World Alzheimer's Day - Abergele Walk for Dementia

Join us on Sunday 21st September for our special Walk for Dementia.

Registration from 11:30am at Yr Hen Ysgol, Market St, Abergele. £5 to enter. Children & dogs are free. Wheelchair and pram friendly route.

A chance to walk together in support, raise awareness, and connect with others.

A new route, from Yr Hen Ysgol, alongside St Michael's Church, the bowling green, to Pentre Mawr park, up Sea Road, via Tesco, to return to Yr Hen Ysgol. (Abergele Rotary Club are kindly taking Steward roles along the route for road crossings)

If you want to wear some blue or purple to co-ordinate you are welcome to. Well behaved dogs are welcome, including inside Yr Hen Ysgol.
