Our next Memory Café will be on Tuesday 23rd September, 10am – 12pm at Yr Hen Ysgol
A warm, welcoming space for people living with dementia, their carers, and anyone who’d like to join us for a friendly chat and cuppa. Come and share your memories of Abergele with others.
Future dates are Tuesday 21st October, Tuesday 18th November, Tuesday 9th December.
